Happy New Year performed lower on the fourth weekend. The film collected approx 1 crore over the weekend and now stands with a total collection of 202.80 crores at the domestic box office.

The Shah Rukh Khan film after pushing itself to the 200 crores has slowed down its pace. After the new releases took over a good chunk of the screens, Happy New Year slowed down at the multiplexes and also in urban centers like Mumbai which were the key centers where the film was performing well.
