Happy New Year had a low second Monday at the Domestic Box Office. The film collected 3 crores on Monday, which is now marching towards 200 crores, stands with a total collection of 183.50 crores at the domestic box office.

After having a decent second weekend, the film seems to have dipped on Monday.

In the overseas circuit, the film is on a roll and overall Happy New Year in spite of its mixed responses has managed to woo the audiences enough. The huge star values with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone resulted in giving this film a successful business.
