The Teja Sajja starrer was initially planned with a very low cost, but due to the VFX work, the budget was increased, and it went up to 55 crores. Including the advertising expenses, it goes up to 60 crores. So, the overall cost isn’t that low, but it’s definitely controlled. On the other hand, Rishab Shetty‘s thriller had an extremely low budget of 16 crores.
If compared to the domestic collection of 201 crores, HanuMan raked in returns of 141 crores against its 60 crores budget. It equals 235% ROI (return on investment). Speaking about Kantara, it enjoyed staggering returns of 295 crores against a budget of 16 crores, making an ROI of a mammoth 1843.75%.
