Gulaab Gang Has An Average 1st Week Box Office Collections

Shouldering the film on their own, the two Bollywood ladies Madhuri Dixit Nene and Juhi Chawla were expected to cook up a storm with Gulaab Gang. With an average performance over the week, Gulaab Gang‘s first week finished off with 13 crores at the domestic box office.

The film after being dragged into legal hassles over its’s release suffered on the opening day. Also with mixed responses from the critics, the film had a slow journey over the week and failed to pick up in spite of a wider screen count compared to the other releases.

The real stealer was Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen which released alongside Gulaab Gang and gorged on all the attention thanks to its positive reviews and a successful word of mouth publicity.

Overall Gulaab Gang‘s performance was disappointing and below expectations.
