Good Newwz Box Office: Good Newwz has added up good numbers in its total even in 3rd week. It’s the power of very good word of mouth which is translating into numbers even when there are two big films Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior & Chhapaak already catering to most of the audience.

Good Newwz has earned 197.10 crores at the domestic box office in three weeks and the 200 crores benchmark is far clearer now. Since there’s no new big release at the box office this week, Good Newwz will easily cross the 200 crores nett mark.

Meanwhile, the gross domestic total of the film has reached 232.58 crores.

In overseas, the total business of the film is somewhere around 74 crores which means the worldwide total becomes 306.58 crores approx. The film is on the way to cross the overseas total of Salman Khan’s 2019 biggie Bharat i.e. 75.99 crores and a worldwide total of Golmaal Again (310.67 crores).

After Good Newwz, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for Sooryavanshi. Directed by Rohit Shetty & also starring Katrina Kaif, it’s one of the most anticipated films of 2020. The film is 4th part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe and will also have cameos from Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn.

Recently talking about Good Newwz‘s mega-success, director Raj Mehta said that he has got everything that he wished for.

“It is a dream that I am living in. My first film crossed Rs 100 crore and I have got everything that I wanted. The cast, the production – everything was so on point for a debutant like me, and on top of it there is the people’s live. It is a lighthearted film and people are enjoying it. For me, that is the success,” Mehta told IANS.
