Furious 7, which got early release in India, has hit the screens all over today. Being the last installment of a huge franchise, the film has created an excellent buzz in India, and thus took an extraordinary opening.

Being a partial holiday in some parts of the country and the advantage of getting the widest release ever in India, Furious 7 will definitely go strong throughout the day.

Furious 7 is aiming to beat the franchise’s previous record of being the third biggest opening for a Hollywood release till date. In fact, looking at the current trends, the movie might event beat the all time record opening of The Amazing Spiderman 2 of around 7.50 crores. The movie should rake in over 7.50 to 8.00 crores nett today.

The film has fared well in Gujarat, Mumbai, Bangalore and NCR so far, however, it will face competition from Sushant Singh Rajput’s Detective Byomkesh Bakshy tomorrow onwards.
