Freaky Ali Scores An Average Box Office Collection In 1st Week

Freaky Ali wasn’t much in news though while being made and the title was an afterthought too. The promo had given an impression of a rollicking entertainer but suddenly the promotional buzz went down and the musical campaign didn’t work either.

The film arrived almost unannounced and it is to credit of some decent content by Sohail Khan and some solid acting by Nawazuddin Siddiqui that the film didn’t crash per se. It hung on to an extent and managed to bring in 13.5 crore*.

These are still low numbers for the film and with Raaz Reboot and Pink hitting the screens this week, audiences have ample choice.
