Force made Rs. 16 to Rs. 16.25 crore (approx. all-India net collections) at the box-office in its first weekend. John Abraham and Genelia D’souza’s action-romance movie made Rs. 5 crore on its opening day on September 30. While collections dipped a bit to Rs. 4.75 crore on Saturday, they increased slightly to Rs. 6.25-6.50 crore on Sunday.
Force had a fairly good opening. The collections are good for a John Abraham starrer, but not great if you consider the cost (Rs. 30-32 crore for Fox Star Studios).
