Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw is finally here and though not a direct part of the franchise, it still has a good buzz. Starting Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham in the lead roles, the movie is a spin-off of their characters from the F&F franchise.

The trailer of Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw received unanimously great response from the fans as well as the general audience. It’s a big-screen delight, and hence chances of people watching it on their phones automatically reduce.

2017’s The Fate Of The Furious was the immediate next part after the sad demise of Paul Walker. 2015’s Furious 7, on that tear-jerking end, did a great business worldwide. Idris Elba and Vanessa Kirby are also on board with David Leitch directing. Fast and Furious architect Chris Morgan penned the script. The film will see the titular, often-at-odds pair teaming up. Since his arrival in the franchise’s fifth instalment, Universal has tried to find a way to spin off Johnson’s Hobbs character, given his popularity with fans.

Statham joined the series in the seventh movie, and considering the chemistry between the two actors in 2017’s “The Fate of the Furious“, Universal took action on plans to develop a spinoff. It hits theatres on August 2nd, 2019.
