The Dune sequel was released on 1st March, so it’s been a month since the film has been running successfully in theatres. The biggie is displaying its strong legs at ticket windows and churning out steady numbers. Talking about the worldwide collection, it has earned $626.09 million till now, as per Box Office Mojo.

Out of the aforementioned total, $252.39 million is coming from the North American box office, while another $373.70 million is coming from the overseas market.

Reportedly, Dune 2 has a massive price tag of $190 million. Yes, you read that right! It’s a hike of $25 million when compared to part 1’s $165 million. Going by the general rule of the box office, if we remove the total cost from the collection, we get box office returns. So, using that rule, this Timothee Chalamet starrer is enjoying an ROI (return on investment) of $436.09 million against the budget. If calculated further, 229.52% returns.
The final returns would be much higher as the film is aiming to end its theatrical journey by earning between $700-$730 million at the worldwide box office.
