Join UsRyan Reynolds’ Deadpool 2 is all geared up to break box-office records In India. The trailer of the film was already making a lot of buzz amongst the fans. The excitement could be clearly seen with people rushing to the movie theatres on the first day!
Deadpool 2 had a massive opening of 11.25 Crores in India yesterday. It’s this year’s 4th biggest opening day across Hollywood & Bollywood. It’s also the 3rd biggest opening of all time for a Hollywood film and the biggest for a R rated film, despite IPL at its peak and the Ramadan period.
On it’s second day, as per early trends flowing in, the movie has collected in the range of 8-10 crores. So it looks like the trend has been similar to day one but it can go low too. Since the movie will have a total of around 20 crores in 2 days, it can be said that the movie is earning decent at the box office.
The film can witness a good jump over the weekend as the word of mouth is excellent. It will be interesting to see how much does the movie earn on the 1st weekend.
On the premiere of the movie, Actress Blake Lively supported actor and husband Ryan Reynolds with a Deadpool inspired manicure.

The film is directed by David Leitch and features Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, Zazie Beetz, Karan Soni, Morena Baccarin in prominent roles.
