Salman Khan’s Eid release Sultan has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark worldwide in just five days since its release. The sports-drama film is now touted to be the highest grossing Bollywood film in terms of opening weekend collection worldwide.
The Yash Raj Films production, which released on July 7 has done a gross box office collection of Rs 92 crore ($ 13.7 million) abroad.

The film – featuring Salman and Anushka Sharma as wrestlers – has performed fantastically in territories like UAE-GCC, Pakistan, Britain, Australia and New Zealand where it has shattered the highest opening weekend collection record by any Hindi film.
