The much awaited Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 2 has finally hit the screens across the country today. Considering the hype, hysteria and craze for the Dabangg franchise, Dabangg 2’s first day Box Office response is all set to break Salman’s previous Box Office records. The film saw Housefull shows in almost all the major cities and remote areas of the country.
Looking at the advance booking rush and considering the fact that Friday being a working day we estimate the opening day collections of Dabangg 2 should be around 22 Crores.

2012’s highest opening day collection is held by Ek Tha Tiger with 33 Crores being a holiday (15th August) release. Whereas, a non-holiday opening is held by Rowdy Rathore with 15.1 Crores followed by Talaash with Rs 14 crores.

Well, let’s see if Dabangg 2 can break any of these records or not!
