Crew Box Office Collection Day 7: Scores Over 3 Crores On Thursday, All Set To Rise Again This Weekend

On its 7th day, Crew scored 3.12 crores at the box office. While in isolation, this is a decent enough number, given the fact that the way it had started, then earned a double-digit score right through the weekend, and furthermore also demonstrated a good Monday hold one would have expected that the film would stay on to be around 4 crores mark right till Thursday. Had that actually turned out to be the case then one could well pegged the film to go past the 80 crores mark even after the Eid releases. However, for now, it seems like set to be in the 70s.

This could also be due to the fact that when big films are about to arrive on a festive holiday, audiences start getting a bit selective. As a result, even though the start was there, and so was the follow-up, the continued high that was expected right until the close of the week has been impacted to a little extent.

Nonetheless, the overall score of the Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon starrer Crew is still good as it stands at 47.54 crores. Today, it will go past the 50 crores mark and then there are expectations that a big jump will come in on Saturday, followed by stabilization on Sunday. Post that it would have two more days to get notable numbers before Eid releases strike on Wednesday.
