Closing theatrical run of almost a month, Chhichhore has achieved another milestone of commercial success. It entered the list of Bollywood’s highest worldwide earners by crossing the 200-crore barrier.

The box office collections of Chhichhore till now are 147.80 crores* nett (174 crores* gross) in India, while another 31 crores gross in overseas, summing up the worldwide total to 205.40 crores* gross. Also, it has surpassed Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2 (200.64 crores) in the list.

Now with War, Joker and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy taking over the theatres in the country, Chhichhore might just overtake Varun Dhawan’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania (206.95 crores) and conclude its theatrical journey.

Meanwhile, overwhelmed with the success, actor Tahir Raj Bhasin, who plays a sports champ named Derek in Chhichhore, said the film will stand tall among his body of work.

“As an actor, ‘Chhichhore’ has been one of the most creatively fulfilling projects and I thank my director Nitesh Tiwari for making me a part of his vision.
