Chennai Express: 5th Week Box Office Collections

Chennai Express collected around 1.90 crores in its 5th Week at the Box Office. The movie did record excellent business in its 1st and 2nd Week, however it couldn’t carry forward the same momentum in it’s forthcoming weeks, due to new releases and hence the obvious screen crunch.

Chennai Express now stands at total of about 226 crores at the Domestic Box Office. The film, which had a longer stay at the Box Office, will mostly finish its lifetime business at around 227 crores in India.

With this, this Rohit Shetty flick has managed to make a gain of 151 crores in India on its earnings, that takes its profit rate up to 201%. The movie stands on No. 5 position at Koimoi’s List of 2013’s Movies With Best ROI.
