Chennai Express: 3rd Monday Box Office Collections

Chennai Express, after crossing 200 crore mark, has started dropping at box office in its 3rd week due to the solid performance of Madras Café. As per early estimates, the film earned 1 crores on its 3rd Monday. With that the total collections of Chennai Express now stands at 212 crores at the Domestic Box Office.

Receiving an overwhelming box office response, despite receiving poor reviews from most critics, the great chemistry of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, with Rohit Shetty’s style of action, the film went down really well with the audiences both in domestic as well as overseas circuit.

However, the film will again witness a drop on Friday as it will lose out more screens to a big film like Satyagraha, that is releasing this week.
