Akshay Kumar and Siddharth Malhotra starrer ‘Brothers’ has opened to record breaking collections on Day One in overseas markets as well. In Pakistan, Brothers has become the biggest opener ever with collections of $ 122,000. In Middle East, the movie recorded the year’s 2nd biggest opening after Bajrangi Bhaijaan. And it is Akshay Kumar’s biggest ever opening in the Gulf with $610,000 in 2 days. In the UK, it had the best opening ever for a 15 rated film. Overall, it recorded the third highest Friday opening for a film in 2015 with £42,000.

The movie that saw Akshay and Sidharth do mixed martial arts is growing strength to strength with super word of mouth publicity not only in India but abroad as well. Brothers has been directed by Karan Malhotra and also stars Jacqueline Fernandes. Presented by Fox Star Studios, the film has been produced by Dharma Productions, Lionsgate Films and Endemol India.
