X-Men: Apocalypse has managed just about fair business with 16.21 crore coming over the first weekend. This is marginally better than Deadpool [14.25 crore], though far behind Captain America: Civil War, which had brought in 27.13 crore in its first weekend.
Since the film doesn’t have much of a competition around it, the collections may just about stay stable to take the film into the profit zone.
