Sarbjit showed a decent jump on Saturday and brought in 4.56 crore. As a result, the collections now stand at 8.25 crore.
The film could have done even better had the execution been not as depressing. Since there is no sense of euphoria once the story concludes, the film is appealing to a niche audience.

The Omung Kumar directed film needs to show some jump in collections today (30%-40%), so that the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda starrer stays afloat during the weekdays.

Meanwhile, X-Men Apocalypse is doing just about decent business at the Box Office. It collected 5.65 crore more on Saturday and the collections now stand at 10.16 crore. There is no surprise though that the collections haven’t hit the roof as the X-Men franchise isn’t big in India so far and every Hollywood biggie can’t be expected to create and break records in the country.
