Prem Ratan Dhan Payo enjoyed yet another double digit day as it went on to score 10.02 crore on Wednesday. The fact that it has remained stable between Monday to Wednesday means that it has been doing well with a select set of audience, especially in the interiors and smaller towns. Friday to Monday fall did indicate that certain big cities were not up to the mark. However, with collections keeping fine now and 165.45 crore coming in, the film is well on course for the 200 crore total.

In the process, a few more records have been broken. Kick (164.21 crore) and Chennai Express (156.71 crore, including Paid Previews of 6.75 crore) had hefty scores in their first week and now Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has managed to surpass this mark in its first seven days. With one more day remaining in the extended week, the film is set for a total between 173-175 crore.
The film is now set to be Salman Khan’s third highest grosser ever after Bajrangi Bhaijaan (321 crore) and Kick (232 crore), while being all set to surpass Ek Tha Tiger (199 crore).
Note: All collections as per production and distribution sources
