After a decent start of 4.82 crore on its opening day, Parmanu – The Story Of Pokhran did well right through the week. The collections stayed on to be consistent right through and as a result 35.41 crore were accumulated. Per day average for the film is more than the first day number and that pretty much reflects some good trending here.
The manner in which the film has been going, it should hold on well during the second week too. While 50 crore mark should be surpassed before the end of the second week, all eyes are on how much further would it go from there. A lifetime of around 60 crore is a good possibility here and anything more than that would be a reason to rejoice for John Abraham, director Abhishek Sharma and everyone else associated with the film.

In any case John Abraham can pop the champagne already since the film has already taken a better Week One when compared to his solo starrers:

Parmanu – The Pokhran Story – 35.41 crore
Madras Cafe – 33.81 crore
Force 2 – 30 crore
Rocky Handsome – 22.85 crore
Even in terms of the lifetime score, the film would be his biggest solo grosser as it would go past the Madras Cafe lifetime of 42.67 crores before the close of second weekend itself.
*Estimates. Final numbers awaited
