Bigil Box Office: Thalapathy Vijay’s Action-Drama Is Above 200 Mark In India Alone!

Bigil Box Office: This Diwali period has turned out to be quite lucrative for Bollywood as well as Down South industries as both Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 4 and Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil has achieved a magnificent feat at the box office.

Here we are talking about Bigil and one must say that despite having a budget of around 180 crores riding on it, the movie has emerged as a profitable venture for all. A few days ago, it was reported of bringing in a distributor share of 80 crores in Tamil Nadu state alone, with a total sum of 148 crores.

In Chennai alone too, the movie has made an impressive collection of over 14 crores.

The latest trade estimates are coming in, stating the earnings from other regions of the country. In Karnataka, the movie has made around 20 crores, while another 21 crores are coming in from Andhra and Telangana.

In Kerala too, this Thalapathy Vijay starrer has stayed strong by earning around 19 crores.

As of now, the overall total of Bigil stands at around 208 crores.

Meanwhile, Bigil has emerged as the highest-grossing Tamil film of the year in Tamil Nadu, beating Ajiths Viswasam.

According to a report in the box-office tracking portal Cinetrak, ‘Bigil’ at the end of its fourth weekend run in cinemas has grossed Rs 141.05 crore.

Ajith’s ‘Viswasam’ grossed around Rs 140 crore in its lifetime run in Tamil Nadu, according to trade sources.
