Bharat Box Office: Ali Abbas Zafar Rocking At 3rd Position; Soon To Surpass Rajkumar Hirani In Koimoi’s Directors’ Power Index!

Bharat Box Office: Bharat has turned out to be good commercial venture for all those involved in it. Apart from strengthening super ‘stardom’ of Salman Khan, director Ali Abbas Zafar too, has moved an inch closer to maverick filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, in Koimoi’s Directors’ Power Index.

After hitting the century in mere 4 days, the big Eid release Bharat, finally made it to the coveted 200 crore club yesterday i.e. after 14 days theatrical run. While the movie is Salman Khan’s 3rd one after Kick and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, to achieve the feat, it’s the first one to belong in Ali Abbas Zafar’s kitty.

Ali Abbas Zafar has gained 200 points under his credit as Bharat crossed 200 crore mark at domestic box office. As of now, Ali has a total of 850 points, which is just 50 points less than Rajkumar Hirani’s 900 points.

The breakup of 850 points are as follows:

200 points (one 200 crore grosser)- Bharat

600 points (two 300 crore grossers)- Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai

50 points (one movie in top 10 overseas grossers)- Sultan
