Amongst the Hindi releases running in theaters, it was Baaghi that took the lead. The Sabbir Khan directed film brought in further 12.70 crores and with this, the collections now stand at 72.42 crore.
The film is now just a shade behind Kapoor & Sons [73.03 crores] and Neerja [75.61 crores] too is pretty much in the sight.

These numbers are expected to be surpassed over the weekend and all eyes are on whether the film would cross the 80 crore mark.

When compared to his contemporary Varun Dhawan’s Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania [78 crore], Tiger’s Baaghi is set to go past that number. For Varun himself though, there is a good grosser in the sight as his next is Baaghi producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s Dishoom.
It is one of the most awaited films of the year and the producer is making sure that he backs youngsters with hardcore commercial products that go on to be family entertainers.
