Baaghi 3 Box Office: Tiger Shroff Starrer Scores 2nd Best Weekend Of 2020, Tanhaji Still Leads

Baaghi 3 Box Office: Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 3 has underperformed at the Box Office in its first weekend due to various factors. However, the fact is that its business is still better than many films released this year. In fact, the first weekend business of Baaghi 3 is more than the lifetime business of many films released so far.

But let’s have a look at the position of Baaghi 3 among the top weekend grossers of Bollywood this year so far:

1) Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior – 61.75 crores
2) Baaghi 3 – 53.83 crores
3) Street Dancer 3D- 41.23 crores
4) Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan – 32.66 crores
5) Love Aaj Kal – 28.51 crores
6) Malang – 25.36 crores
7) Chhapaak – 19.02 crores
8) Bhoot: Part 1 – The Haunted Ship – 16.36 crores
9) Panga – 14.91 crores
10) Thappad – 14.66 crores

It’s clear that Baaghi 3 has crossed every Bollywood film’s 1st-weekend numbers this year except Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Ajay Devgn starrer crossed 60 crores mark in the weekend despite having a lower opening than Baaghi 3 and on the other hand, Tiger starrer action entertainer couldn’t maintain its speed after a good start.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 3 also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh & Vijay Varma in important roles.

Vijay Varma who is being lauded for his comic role in the Baaghi 3 recently said, “My biggest takeaway from ‘Baaghi 3‘ is the love and laughter the public is showering on me for my portrayal. I was nervous if I could pull a comical part but I’m glad people resonated with it.”
