Emraan Hashmi starrer Azhar has done a fair business in its opening weekend. By collecting 20.80 crores in its opening weekend, the film has beaten the opening weekend of Jai Gangaajal and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3.

Azhar couldn’t show huge growth over the weekend, but the film should hold well in its weekdays to get a good collection in its opening week at the box office.

Azhar is directed by Tony D’souza and stars Prachi Desai, Nargis Fakhri and Lara Dutta in key roles.
