Avengers: Endgame Box Office: After enjoying a super run at the Indian as well as worldwide box office, the makers of this superhero film have re-released the film in the theatres with some extra footage.
Marvel Studios’ film was re-released just to topple the collections of super hit film Avatar.

The film hit the theatres on Friday and it collected $7.8 million over the weekend. According to Hollywood Reporter, the film collected $5.5 million domestically and $2.3 million in overseas, hence taking the total to $2.76 billion at the global box office gross. Which means it’s still around $27 million below Avatar, which sits at $2.78 billion. Now it seems really difficult for the movie to cross the all time high grosser, Avatar and take the number one position.

In an interview to Screen Rant, Feige revealed there would be a deleted scene, a tribute, and some “extra surprises” for fans in re-release.
“Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theaters with a bit of marketing push with few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises,” he said.
