Article 15 Box Office Day 12: Inches Closer To The 50 Crore Mark!

Article 15 Box Office Day 12: Along with Kabir Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana’s Article 15  also slowed down on Tuesday because of the on-going match. Yes, the match ended up with ‘stumps’ and was postponed to today, but still, it was late for the film to catch up.

The movie, based on Article 15, from the Indian constitution, is all set to touch the 50-crore mark at the box office.

It brought in 1.50 crores* and with this, the total has reached 49.73 crores*. Again, it had seemed that 50 crores mark would have been achieved yesterday itself but that is now happening today.

The movie aims to remind people about Article 15 of the Constitution which prohibits any discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, and how its value has been forgotten.

The investigative thriller features Ayushmannn as a police officer, with Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra, Isha Talwar and Manoj Pahwa in key roles. The film is distributed globally by Zee Studios International.
