‘Anjaana Anjaani’: 1st Day Nett Rs. 7.5 Crore!

Anjaana Anjaani netted about Rs. 7.5 crore in India on Friday, October 1. Most of the cinemas of Madhya Pradesh, with the exception of cinemas in Indore, remained shut on Friday due to the tension following the pronouncement of judgement (on 30^th September) by the Allahabad high court’s Lucknow bench in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case. Many parts of U.P. were also tense because of which the public hardly ventured out to the cinemas.
