Akshay Kumar’s Desi Boyz Makes US$ 80,000 At US Box-Office

Even as India awaits the public verdict of Akshay Kumar and John Abraham starrer Desi Boyz, the box-office numbers from Overseas are out.

Desi Boyz released in USA on Wednesday, 23rd November, two days before the India release, due to holiday-packed Thanksgiving weekend. The film grossed US$80,000 despite releasing in only select centres in the US.

Among the previous films released on Thanksgiving, Akshay Kumar’s De Dana Dan had grossed US$ 40,000.

Desi Boyz, directed by debut-making director Rohit Dhawan, also stars Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh.
