Ranbir Kapoor starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has enjoyed a strong opening weekend at the box office by collecting 35.60 crores.

With this total, this romantic musical has beaten the opening weekend collections of Shahid Kapoor’s Udta Punjab (33.80 crores). The film is now the 9th highest opening weekend grosser of 2016.

Ae Dil Hai Muhkil is directed by Karan Johar and it also stars Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in key roles.
