This week has multiple releases – 3AM, Desi Kattey, Chaarfutiya Chokkare, Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye, Mumbai Delhi Mumbai, Beyond – The Third Kind and Balwinder Singh Famous Ho Gaya. All seven seemed to have opened dull at the box office, though none of these films were expected to open with smashing numbers.
While last week’s releases Daawat-e-Ishq and Khoobsurat will continue to dominate the theaters, among the new releases 3 AM and Desi Kattey might be the better ones considering its star cast.

All the films have started low and there are chances that one or two films may pick up based on the critics response and positive word of mouth if any.

Considering that 3 AM is a horror film and also stars Rannvijay Singh who has a decent fan following, that might turn out to be the best performer amongst all four releases. As the day progresses, the films may pick up but overall none of the films is expected to do exceptional business. The maximum first day collections will be in the range of 1 crore.
