2 States Witnesses A Good Occupancy On Its Opening Day At The Box Office

The adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name, 2 States, has opened well at the box office on Friday in the morning shows. The film, starring fresh jodi Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor, witnessed a good opening in circuits like Mumbai, East Punjab, UP and Rajasthan, Delhi, Kolkata.

The film’s average occupancy across the country for the morning shows was around 40-45%, while the matinee shows are showing signs of growth.

While the film is the first choice at mass-centres, it will also garner good amount of footfall from the multiplexes as well. Considering a good Friday off in urban centres mostly, the film has chances to cash in the benefit!
