The second highest grosser of the year, the film might just cross 100 crores by the coming weekend. Though The Amazing Spiderman 2 gave it a beating when it came to footfalls, the film has commendably held on even in its third week.

The releases from this Friday, Kochadaiiyaan and Hawaa Hawaai might mildly affect 2 States, but the breezy rom-com is comfortably sailing its way through at the box office.

If the film does manage to enter the 100 crore club, it will be the first for its actors Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt who will up their standard by many notches, gleaming with this new found success. However, it is yet to see if the film can translate its earning into 100 crores.
