1920 – Evil Returns has Great 1st Week, Starts 2nd Week with Good Numbers at the Box Office

After enjoying a good streak at the box office in its 1st week, 1920 Evil Returns has entered its 2nd week on a positive note. The movie had made about 19 Crores in its 1st week  at the domestic box office and began 2nd week (Friday) with about 1.30 Crores as per early estimates.1920 Evil Returns now stands at a box office collection of 20.30 Crores nett.

The numbers are phenomenal considering the small budget that the movie was made out of. Not a lot of money was spent on the promotional activities either. However, it seems audiences are loving this movie for the scares. The makers and distributors both will reap quite a handsome amount of profit from this venture.

The release of highly awaited biggies Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son of Sardaar will however make 1920 Evil Returns lose a lot of screen space, thus ending its fabulous journey at the domestic box office.
