Singh Is Kinng had also fetched a distributor’s share of Rs. 5 crore in East Punjab. Seems, the Sardar characters have something to do with the crazy business figures – besides the merits of the films, of course. For, if Akshay Kumar played a Sardarji in Singh Is Kinng, it is the Deol trio – Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol – sporting turbans in YPD!
