Kareena Kapoor may not have had too many hits and blockbusters to her credit, yet when it comes to listing the bankable actresses of the present times, her name invariably comes in the top bracket of such leading ladies. She explains this anomaly thus: “Box-office is important but the trade realises that it is not the last word for actresses. The industry people somewhere also recognise talent and give it the importance it deserves.”

Kareena The Cook
While on Kareena, she claims to be a reasonably good cook. Although she hasn’t tested her culinary skills for a long time now, the charming actress likes cooking and can rise to the occasion if the need arises. Why, she even claims to be the best cook in her family because “my mom (actress Babita) and sister (Karisma Kapoor) are both, lousy cooks.”
The actress will be next seen in this week’s (Friday, November 5) release Golmaal 3 and after that with Shah Rukh Khan in Ra.One. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena will share screen space again after Kurbaan in their next film, Agent Vinod.
