Bollywood celebrities are gearing up for a special evening with the Royals, as Prince William and Kate Middleton will be seen hosting a charity gala on behalf of the British High Commission which will be raising funds for three non-government charitable organizations.

Interestingly, the glitzy evening has many A-lister actors on the guest list such as Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor etc.

Of course the Nawab of B-town, Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan too were invited for the event but we hear, the couple has decided to give the event a miss. Why?

Well, according to reports, Saif will be shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon and Kareena does not wish to attend the gala alone.

While this is what sources close to Kareena have quoted, there has also been buzz that the actress has to shoot for a commercial at Bangkok which is why she will be missing the event.
