When Shilpa Shetty & Raveena Tandon Allegedly Mocked Akshay Kumar By Calling Him ‘Common Mistake’ Between The Two, Referring To Their 90s Love Triangle

Akshay Kumar is one of the biggest superstars in the country. Khiladi Kumar has done everything from deadly stunts to the most iconic comedy scenes. In the early 90s, he was also reportedly the playboy of the scenes, and rumors of his affairs dominated the headlines. One of the most talked about in the 90s was the alleged love triangle of Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, and Shilpa Shetty. People think that Shilpa and Raveena might have animosity. That is not the case; the leading ladies get along well. We are looking back at an incident from 2017 when Shetty and Tandon took a sly dig at Kumar.

While the equations between the three have been shifting, Kumar and Shilpa are only cordial with each other. Raveena Tandon has often said that Akshay is her friend, and the two are even starring in the upcoming Sajid Nadiawala movie together. But that doesn’t mean the two have not taken digs at each other or made jokes in good fun.

In 2017, when Shilpa Shetty was the judge of a dance reality show, Raveena Tandon appeared as a guest with Govinda on the show. During one of the episodes, the two bonded a lot, and it seemed like they had been friends for years. The two made a sly dig, and it was an impromptu thing. “When Raveena mentioned that she has made many mistakes in life, Shilpa winked, ‘Some of the mistakes were common,’ after which everyone burst into laughter.” This directly hinted at Akshay Kumar, as both the ladies had dated him at different points in their lives.

After they said it, the two just rolled over with laughter. Even Govinda and director Anurag Basu could not help but join in. At another point, everyone discussed Golmaal when Raveena said, “Everyone does Golmaal in life; Shilpa and I have done it too. You know what I mean, right?” This was another hint at their relationship with Akshay.

However, it has been a while since any of them were involved. Their chance meetings create a buzz even today.
