So finally, just a day left for one of the most awaited films of 2017, Tiger Zinda Hai. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to roar out loud on December 22.
As we all know that the year 2017 has not been that great for the industry so far. Last we saw, Ajay Devgn’s Golmaal Again which bought some happiness and relief at the box office.

Now with Tiger and Zoya’s Tiger Zinda Hai, the starvation at the box office will be put to rest. Earlier, before Tiger Zinda Hai’s release, it was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati which was supposed to release on the big screen. Several trade experts predicted that the year 2017 would end on a dhamaakedaar note. But nevertheless, fans and trade experts have the same hopes with Tiger Zinda Hai too.

Speaking about Salman’s film Sultan’s box office, its lifetime collections were one of the highest of all the Salman films. Sultan had collected a whopping amount of 300.45 crores as its lifetime collection. It had collected 36.54 crores on its first day, 180.36 crores on its first weekend and 222.16 crores on its first week. Sultan was tagged as a super hit film back in 2016. With this film, Salman Khan broke some major box office records.
Now, if we speak about Ek Tha Tiger’s sequel Tiger Zinda Hai, the makers of the film have already started the advance booking and the occupancy rate is speaking for itself. When we checked the occupancy rate, maximum show timings in single screens and multiplexes have been already sold out. With this kind of response, Tiger Zinda Hai has all chances to break Sultan’s lifetime collections and it will become Dabangg Khan’s highest grossing film. Also, Tiger Zinda Hai might end up being the most super hit and smashing film of the year!
