Actor Vivek Oberoi, who is riding high on the success of Grand Masti, has landed himself in legal mess with the service tax department with nearly 40 lacs of service tax pending.
Reports suggest that the actor has been taking money from his respective producers in the name of service tax but hasn’t cleared his outstanding dues to the service tax department. Moreover, the department has claimed that the actor is not even registered with them.

But, sources close to Vivek has clearly denied the reports and claimed that the actor has been registered with their department.
