Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma Became Parents To A Baby Boy 5 Days Back Already, Here’s What Vamika’s Little Brother Akaay’s Name Means!

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have finally welcomed a cute little baby boy, and the former Indian Cricket Team Captain shared the happy news. Vamika’s little brother has been introduced to the world as Akaay. The little boy had already arrived on February 15th, and Virat mentioned the same in his note.

Virat wrote on his Instagram and Twitter handles, “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika’s little brother into this world!”

The note further read, “We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time. Love & Gratitude, Virat & Anushka.” While he shared the post on his Instagram handle, the comment section for the post has been disabled.

For the unversed, Anushka Sharma’s delivery was speculated to be due in a few weeks, and a few celebs hinted about the same happening in London. Reports were also doing rounds about Anushka spending her time in London, and ready to deliver a baby there itself.

Now, Virat has confirmed that the star couple was blessed with a baby boy five days back. Coming to the beautiful name of their baby boy, Akaay, it means ‘near a full moon or illuminating light of a full moon.’ It also means someone who can accommodate all thoughts to enter our conscious mind unconditionally, enabling us to make all of them compatible among themselves.

Interestingly, Virat and Anushka‘s elder daughter, Vamika, was born in 2021, and her name is one of Goddess Durga’s names. Virat and Anushka have been very particular about their daughter not getting clicked and they have successfully managed to keep her away from getting papped.
