The former Big Boss Winner (2010), and son of Late wrestler-cum-actor Dara Singh, Vindu Dara Singh had been arrested from his Mumbai Residence, under the suspected beliefs of having ties with the bookies, involved in the sixth edition of ongoing IPL T20 series for match fixing.
Vindu, has been under the scanner, soon after the bookie Ramesh Vyas was arrested. He is reported to have ties with Ramesh, and also had been under the suspicion of being involved in the Spot-fixing scam this IPL season.

Already three Rajasthan Royals players S. Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan and more than a dozen of bookies have been arrested on grounds of the scam, which got busted last week.

Vindu; last seen in Son of Sardaar; is soon likely to be presented before a magistrate for remand and for further custodial interrogation. With his arrest, the ternion of underworld-cricket-Bollywood, has been linked on grounds of betting and fixing, and the Police officials are to further investigate and look for more loops and connections deep inside Bollywood.
The busted scam has left all in awe and the revealing layers add on to the hysteria already created. Police are unlikely to reveal any additional information, but has knocked on the doors of Bollywood, indicating towards close ties of a few B-Towners with bookies involved in the swindle.
