Vijay Mallya Apologises To Ayesha Takia’s Sister

The recent war of words on Twitter.com between Bollywood actor Ayesha Takia and Kingfisher scion Siddharth Mallya, after Ayesha’s younger sister Natasha was reportedly harassed by Kingfisher Airlines staff, has been finally put to rest by Vijay Mallya, owner of Kingfisher Airlines and father of Siddharth Mallya.

“My personal apologies 2 Natasha Ayesha Takia’s sister if she was disappointed with our service. Will have her allegations fully investigated,” Vijay Mallya tweeted on February 7, 2012.

Ayesha Takia, who seemed happy with the response, wrote, “I just read the tweet from Mr. vijay mallya.. I appreciate the response and hope the matter is seriously looked into and dealt with.”

Earlier the war between Siddharth Mallya and Ayesha Takia started when Ayesha posted about the incident on Twitter.com: “The worst airline, Kingfisher!!!shockingly baddddddddddd airport staff behavior at delhi airport with my sister. This disgustingly behaved kingfisher staff called Vinay Podwal just tore my sisters boarding pass n misbehaved with her!!!!”

Siddharth’s response to this tweet was: “Been getting retweets about Ayesha Takia & KFA. not too sure who she is, an actor of some sorts?? But it seems something has upset her!! Don’t know why Ayesha Takia is tweeting so much when she wasn’t even present. There are always two sides to a story. Pipe down love.”
