Friday rajasthani lunch.. Papad ki sabzi, mewa pulao, khoba roti, amjur kaju and Dal bati churma. tandoori salmon and blue cheese nan and mathri fondue at punjab grill. stir fried soft shell crabs and plum sauce, steamed black cod with rice wine and oyster sauce, sea bass grilled with coriander and lime.
Today’s world is filled with so many layers, confusion, distraction and dellusion..It’s so wonderful to find and cherish the moments and people that count. makes all the other bad rubbish disappear.
