After giving a hard-hitting film, Article 15 based on caste discrimination, Ayushmann Khurrana is all set for his second release of 2019. Titled as Dream Girl, the trailer was out yesterday and left everyone is splits. He enacts as a woman named Pooja in the film and the audience can’t wait for another stellar act by Khurrana.
In an interview with PTI, Ayushmann Khurrana shared that when one comes to Mumbai, they come with a certain perception in their mind as they’ve grown up watching Hindi films. So he thought Shah Rukh Khan’s character in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa would be his dream role. If not that, then it will be Aamir Khan’s character in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar or Amitabh Bachchan’s Shakti.

The Badhaai Ho actor said he never thought he would arrive as a sperm donor (in Vicky Donor) and then would do films like Dream Girl and Article 15. The actor believes that scriptwriters today think 10 steps ahead of what he can think and that’s how they surprise with different characters.
About his character in Dream Girl, Ayushmann Khurrana said that the way director Raaj Shaandilyaa wrote his character is unbelievable. He added, “I don’t think I’ve done any film being this fearless. I’ve usually played in subtlety but this one is out there and a lot of fun.”
