Taapsee Pannu Wraps Up Anubhav Sinha’s Thappad; Shares Her Blissful Experience

Taapsee Pannu who is in the busiest phase of her career till now, has wrapped up her next film Thappad directed by Anubhav Sinha. The actress bid adieu to the film with a heartfelt note and also said that working with Anubhav can sometimes be a curse.

Thappad is Tapsee’s second film with the director. The two earlier collaborated for the critically acclaimed film Mulk.

Taapsee confessing about how she feels blessed to be working with Anubhav also calls it a curse as there is a lot to learn by too little time.

“Final pack up on #Thappad. 31 days flew faster than storm but left the same impact. While most of the time I am thanking my stars to get a chance to work with such a director ( in this case I got lucky twice ) but other times I see it as a curse. Curse of too much comfort, too much ease, too complex an emotion simplified too easily, too much to learn, too much of happiness, the only thing too little is the number of days spent on set. Damn! It’s gonna be tough moving on to the next one… Until we shake the world again….. @anubhavsinhaa I shall haunt u as your nutritionist if not an actor !” Wrote Taapsee.

The supporting picture is a candid shot of Anubhav setting a frame while Taapsee and her co-star Pavail Gulati are rehearsing. Dealing with the basis of a man and wife relationship and gender equality, Thappad is set to release on March 6, 2020.
