Sushant Singh Rajput’s Fans Start An Online Petition Asking For A Madame Tussauds Wax Statue

The untimely and tragic death of the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left fans, family and all loved ones disheartened. Family of the late actor continues to seek justice for him. Reportedly, Sushant was found dead, hanging on June 14 in his Mumbai residence.

Sushant was known for his good acting skills and his happy go lucky personality and fans are still trying to come to terms with the huge loss. Social media is inundated with the late actor’s throwback pictures and videos as a tribute. Now his ardent fans have decided to honour his legacy. They have started a new initiative of a petition requesting Madame Tussauds to install the late actor’s wax statue at their museum in London.

The petition reads, ‘Our beloved Sushant Singh Rajput was cruelly taken away from us at an extremely young age. His death has left a gaping hole in all our hearts and not a day goes by when he is not remembered. To honour this beautiful legend who touched so many lives, we would like him immortalized as a wax figure at Madame Tussauds London. A brilliant mind, human and soul. We will forever love and cherish you. May you rest in peace’.

Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti appreciates it calling it “a good initiative”. At the time of writing, the petition has gained 33,000 signatures and still counting. Madame Tussauds has also replied to the request made by the fans. The management of the museum replied, “I can confirm that we have noted your email and will add Sushant Singh Rajput to our figure request list. The team here at Madame Tussaud London meets once a year to decide the next figures to be introduced to the attraction and your request, along with thousands of others we receive from guests will be discussed and considered.”
