SRK’s Dubai Housing Project Is All Set To Kick Off

The luxurious project in Dubai, which is backed and promoted by Shah Rukh Khan, has finally started its construction after 8 years.

The housing project Royal Estates, which is worth 2.3 billion Dh, was put on hold after the global recession and was relaunched in 2014.

The master designer and architect of this prestigious project is Tony Ahai. SRK’s wife Gauri Khan has done the interiors of 350 townhouses and 2,500 apartments. The price of studio apartments starts from Dh 320,000.

SRK has currently wrapped up the shooting schedule of Gauri Shinde’s next and gearing up for the release of Raees, which is set to release on 26th January, 2017.
